LEASE AND FARMOUTS

TNRCL has operated the WD-7M Lease Operatorship Block since 1996. The size of the WD-7M block is estimated to be six hundred and twenty-two (622) acres with a total well count of 186. This block is part of the Lease Operatorship Programme operated by Heritage Petroleum Company Limited (HPCL).

TNRCL initially started operations as an approved Oilfield contractor and has provided these services for over 30 years for companies including Texaco Trinidad Inc., Trintoc, PETROTIN, and presently with HPCL.

TNRCL has now evolved into an efficient, low cost operator this asset.

Key achievements to date are:
  • Fourteen (14) new wells have been drilled and completed between 2015 to present.
  • Forty (40) Heavy Work Overs have been executed between 2021 to present.
  • Total oil recovered since acquisition of the Lease Block amounts to ~1.5 million barrels.
  • Current crude oil production averages ~350 barrels per day.

    • These activities directly and indirectly contribute to the ongoing sustainability of the energy sector. With this track record, TNRCL will actively explore potential new blocks and seek other opportunities for crude oil production as they arise.
