CIVIL AND SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS
TNRCL commenced design-build works at the Housing Development Corporation (HDC) Golconda Phase 1 in 2004 and was successfully completed two years later. This led to a rapid expansion of subsequent housing development projects for the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago including: Golconda Phase 2 (2005), Palo Seco Housing Developments, Union Hall Infrastructure (2008), Union Hall Cypress Gardens Phase 1 (2010), Union Hall Cypress Gardens (2011), Wellington Gardens (2012), Corinth Site B Package 2 (2018), Corinth Site B Infrastructure (2019), Rushworth Street West Infrastructure (2022).
TNRCL has also implemented successfully other civil buildings and infrastructure projects under design-build and private partnership (PPP) contracts including: TOSL Administration Building (2005), Health Centres Refurbishment (2005), Cove Estate Outfall Drain (2008), Ramai Trace Hindu School (sub-contract with Contec (2014), EFCL IADB ECCE program (2014), EFCL School Refurbishment Program (2014), CEPEP Health Centres Refurbishment Program (2014), EFCL Glenroy ECCE (2015), and MTS Ramai Trace Hindu School sub-contract with Contec (2024)
These projects has established TNRCL has a well known large civil services contractor, with capability to plan and execute a wide range of civil related projects, under design-build, design-build-finance and other PPP contract arrangements.
